To request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), forward a copy of the order confirmation you received when you originally bought the frames to returns@cheapmovieposterframes.com, along with a brief description of the reason for your return. We will reply within 24 business hours with your RMA number, and the final shipping instructions to complete the return process.

You may expect your refund to be issued within ten (10) business days of our receipt of the return merchandise, but in many cases it will be processed more quickly. Our customer service team will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
